Terms and conditions

Last updated: October 2026

These terms govern your use of the PHP Experts website. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Who we are

This website is operated by Correct Tech Solutions Ltd of London, United Kingdom (“we”, “us”, “our”). You can reach us at php@correcttechsolutions.co.uk.

What this site is

This site describes the PHP upgrade, refactoring and modernisation services offered by PHP Experts. It is published for general information.

Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, and nothing on it forms a contract. Descriptions, availability and pricing indications may change without notice. A supply of service is agreed separately, in writing, and the terms of that written agreement govern it — not this page.

Accuracy of the content

We take reasonable care to keep the information here correct and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete, accurate or up to date. If something here matters to a decision you are making, ask us to confirm it in writing before you rely on it.

Availability of the site

We make no promise that the site will be available uninterrupted or free of error. We may change, suspend or withdraw all or part of it at any time, and we will not be liable to you if it is unavailable for any period.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, layout, design, graphics, logos and the PHP Experts name — belongs to us or is used with permission, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.

You may view these pages, and print or download extracts, for your own information or to share internally within your organisation. You may not reproduce, republish or use the content for commercial purposes without our written permission, and you must not remove or alter any notice of ownership.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the site in any way that breaks any applicable law or regulation
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, the server it is hosted on, or any connected system
  • Introduce any virus, malware or other harmful material
  • Interfere with the proper working of the site, including by any attack designed to overload it
  • Systematically scrape, harvest or copy the content, other than by ordinary search engine indexing

Enquiries

If you write to us about your system, we will use what you send to answer you, as described in our privacy policy. Sending an enquiry places no obligation on either of us.

Links to other sites

Where this site links out to a site we do not control, that link is for convenience and is not an endorsement. We accept no responsibility for the content of any external site, and you visit it at your own risk.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all conditions, warranties and representations that might otherwise be implied in relation to this website, and we will not be liable for any loss of profit, loss of business, loss of anticipated savings, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, this website or your reliance on anything published on it.

Privacy and cookies

How we handle personal data, and the one cookie this site sets, are set out in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms at any time by amending this page. Please check it from time to time: the version in force is the one published here when you use the site, and the date at the top shows when it last changed.

Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the UK in which you live.
